Really? You don’t see the competition? Where did you learn this from? On the other hand, you should see and acknowledge your competitors. You should study their strong points and weak points. Then you do your best to differentiate from them either to offering a better service or product than theirs by a scale of at least 5-10 times or by doing something they aren’t doing yet and doing so perfectly well.
This statement is too shallow. So why should I download your app? What makes you different? How do you intend to be a delight to me?
You mentioned selling tickets later, so this means you next value proposition would be the same as what those other brands have been doing for years already.
