@xolubi how far with 3D (OTP, SecureToken ) validation? Is that in the pipeline? If not, who bears the charge for fraudulent transactions ?
Iām not sure, but isnāt this a Nigerian bank thing? In the States, the banks bear this cost, thatās why there are insurance companies.
Itās not a Nigerian thing, OTP might be, but MasterCard SecureToken and VisaCard 3D Secure are not.
So far, with InterSwitch, prior to OTP, merchants used to bear such. Also, 2Checkout passes such charges to merchants.
Iāll bite. From your screenshot, thereās a padlock in the URL, and the company name with country of incorporation. Thatās how you recognize websites with EV SSL (extended validation). Extended validation means the certificate provider (DigiCert in our case) was able to verify and validate the companyās business address, and country of incorporation from official records. That said, your browser displayed thatā¦ not us.
It is actually in the works. We are currently testing the implementation and will roll it out once we are done with polishing the experience. We intend to categorize businesses by risk level. The implementation on the demo page is for low risk ones and allows customers complete their payments in the most hitch free manner.
Thanks. What browser are you running that on?
Why do you sound so mad tho

WOW
I have been trying to test the API but was getting 403 forbidden. After looking at it for a while I found out the http header requires User-Agent header. In case anyone runs into this issue
@xolubi The Paystack api seems to be offline. I canāt log into my dashboard or test my integrations. Are you guys upgrading stuff right now?
Thanks @Loop. The Paystack API is online. Everything looks good. Are you the same person i just emailed?
@xolubi another question (since this is our own Paystack AMA ;)) Do you have function to split funds for multi-merchant platforms? Or itās in the works ? Or not anytime soon?
