Hey @xolubi I realised you didn’t come back on this. I have some suggestions;
- You DM whoever raises a support ticket to you on radar but respond to specifically advise them not to post in such manner
- Or you’re happy for anyone who sees support tickets (disguised as posts), to treat instantly as spam and flagged as such
Personally think you need to dissuade folks from raising routine support tickets here…do you feel the same?
