An opinion about 'Radarians' behavior

A friend of mine asked me this just this evening…

Radar is a gentleman’s lounge compared to certain roast circles.

I think Radar has actually improved. less baseless bashing and more insightful discussions.

Supported @henryC

Improved slightly because an opportunity hasn’t surfaced.

The person probably was reading threads from months back.

I felt same way earlier.

Look, in as much as we try to be diplomatic and encourage everybody… sometimes, the truth needs to be told. One of my favourite lines from @LordBanks is “No more digital hi-fives”. If you cannot handle the truth…

Radar has certainly improved. A lot of guys are actually keen to help, some might come off as being bashful (not sure about this particular word in this context), others might be seen as hateful. The truth is no one is getting paid for product review, idea validation or for just some random advice.

Radar is all fun now (boring?) that @ozombo is missing in action, @wkyo is fully loaded on gif juice and @xolubi is occupied in the valley.

Sorry had to play the devil’s advocate :pray:t5:

I am occupied?

An ‘undertone’ word for being too busy of late sir

Lol. I got you.

Sigh. I thought I was in some minor trouble :joy::joy::joy:

You’re part of the “problem” :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s easy to be part of the “problem”. Being part of the “solution” is the harder bit :joy:

I try…uno

Lmao, this is genius.

Radarians are a mix of many things; notable among them is having informed (or not?) conversation. For me, it’s more enriching watching the “radar or convo” than being in the radar; the opportunity to enhance what you already know and acquire what you don’t know is NOT in short supply. But hey, how can you fall inside the pool (in the radar) and expect not to get wet (*&^%$#)?

If you must come into the radar/convo, rid thyself of a single story syndrome; or at least, be ready to shed some of your treasured opinions (that is not fact). Yeah, some people might want to lord it over others; but there is an opportunity to learn or disprove with fact; to get uncensored feedback on a project you’re working on; to get a good laugh or attempt to hug transformer (when there’s no light); for friendship or enmity (good and evil have co-existed since the beginning of time).

@efemoney Considering you can be termed a bully for just posting these days, I wouldn’t take your friend too seriously.
