I built a site sometime ago and have been improving it since then. A little ad at times, then I’ll get users but the money is not always available. I’m starting to think of quitting. Please advise. Site is www.nairabricks.com
They told you when you get users the money will become available? Pele, it doesn’t work quite that way. That you’re looking to monetize a property portal centrally via ads is 2 parts wrong.
Presently, you have some brand capital to stretch, approach a realty company and see what you can sell for them - get their landed products, sells faster - enter a shared marketing agreement with them, believe me it doesn’t take much convincing, then leave your laptop at home, go find buyers, your first buyer could be an aunt. Even that Vulcanizer in your street, you pay no heed to, most likely has land(s) in Sango Otta.
After a sale a two, you should have tasted enough liquidity to start buying ads, or better yet print flyers and do a one man marketing drive in a major market - not tomato and fish markets, think Containers and thick accents - or hire a few friends for a day or 2 to hit the drive. I wager you’d come away with one or 2 experiences to help you design a better real estate product online.

I meant that the money for adverts is not always available. My focus for now is for more people to start using it. Though I have started working out ways to monetize it

niche and make them aware of your website. contact local
real estate agents and brokers near you.

Like @87_chuks SAID, Partner with Real Estate developers and Agents and create a sharing Formula and go out to the Streets do not waste money on online Ads, your idea is to bring people to your site to make informed decision so invest heavily on content marketing, create contents on Real estate thats what Castle Magazine is doing.
