So, I read the news yesterday, that the Nigerian Government wants to pay whistle-blowers 5% of recovered loot.

So I have the same idea you guys have, How to turn whistle-blowing into a Business.

good idea, only that you ll be the target if whistle blower cant be found.

Like all things involving Business, there is always an element of risk, the point is how to manage and mitigate this risk, which I am sure can be taken care of via a uniquely designed corporate governance system and process.
