What's Wrong with Radar's PM Function?

I’ve been trying to message another user (trust level: member) and I keep being told “no_used_selected. Topic can’t be blank.” This is despite the fact that I didn’t leave the “topic” field blank (I used a whole sentence even.) As for the user name, I’ve tried it both ways ie with and without the initial “@”. Nothing is working. Is there a fix? (Also, would such a bug be from Radar or Discourse?)
I’m on Android, by the way.

@diakon I trust you got my PM, I think the issue is from your end. To help you solve the issue what browser where you using on your Android to access Radar

Thanks, it’s been resolved. I didn’t realise you had to select the recipient name from a drop down. Opera Mini on High Compression Mode didn’t show the drop down.
