Just serve your existing users well and they will sing like a bird. I paid since on Thursday for some units and uptill now, i haven’t been credited with units. Your numbers and email has gone cold turkey. So I searched for this post and logged in here just to tell you how pissed off I am at your recently poor service.

For your information, all our phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, emails and LIVECHAT have been active all through the stated period. But it will be nice to be factual and exhaust support avenues before posting degrading comments on Social media.
