What ideas or products will you like to see implemented in Nigeria/Africa within the next 5 years? What is the Nigerian tech industry lacking now? What are the most undervalued/underrated tech innovations out there?
I would like to facilitate meaningful discussion about this topic.
Thanks,

More Andelas and more CcHubs…
There aren’t enough places to learn codes or meet like minds in the country.

Great idea! I’m looking into P2P lending, but how can one cater this to the indigenous Nigerian market?
A Consumer review or/and a crowdfunding platform, any of this will be cool.
You mean to say crowdlending , not crowdfunding…Right?
Coz, crowdfunding will never gain ground in Nigeria, we are not altruists…yet.
This is not a good tone for attracting people with “copy cat products & apps” to join your conversation. Good luck with inventing your own wheel.
A proper Identification and -Govt system that ties service to ur unique ID
Our own CrunchBase. Let me even go suggest it on Devcenter Square

@Ndianabasi Didn’t mean it that way, but I think you understand were my sentiments lie. Thanks for the feedback
@Freshboi_Ekundayo Do you mean something similar to Social Insurance Number (SIN) which can be used for credit ratings, identification etc.? That would be great for Nigerian credit lenders.
@alpontif Yes, crowdfunding will be very tricky in Nigeria, but not impossible if targeted to the right audience (i.e. Churches) Equity crowdfunding is more attractive than crowdfunding. Crowdlending/P2P lending will gain steam in the near future.
Much more Bigger than that even, Imagine having Services tailored for your use according to ur Unique ID Created, your access to health, transport etc according to this ID helping identify you and as a Government Smartly understand your user behaviour and provide services that fits your personality.
