What frameware that Provide A Native Experience on mobile Web without original native app? I am not talking about hybird, probably HTML5 frameware like angular?
I think you are mixing up a couple of Ideas here. So getting a native-like an experience on the mobile web is not an Angular or HTML5 Issue. I have spent my life answering these questions, and I always ask what exactly a Native Experience is? How do you qualify or quantify it?
You can achieve a great experience with any tool of your choice on the Web. I think figuring out what you want to build is more important then you can decide where you want to provide it on be it Natively or web based.
But let’s say you want to create great Mobile Web Experiences. The Material project is awesome and has integrations with Angular too. Ionic even thought directed for Hybrid development works perfectly on mobile web and in My opinion offers great experiences.
