Hello everyone!
It is common knowledge that foreign startups try to outdo each other all the time in which ever way possible. Attracting top talent is just as important as retaining the ones already on board, besides the hefty salaries they pay…they also offer a whole lot of perks like access to employee discount schemes,flexible work hours, paid vacations or free gadgets . I would like to know if any Nigerian startups have any such perks in place for their employees?
