Am a music lover and I love earphones/headsets etc. The big question now is, can you pay a little extra to get an earphone with dual noise cancellation rather than the normal headphones we have around? I prefer little earphones though, I hate big headphones that make one look like a D.J. So house, what makes a dual noise cancellation earphone different from other earphones, and what exactly are the benefits of dual noise cancellation. Thanks.
Not so sure if I understand all you’re trying to say, but I’ll give it a shot.
As the name implies… They eliminate external noise from the surroundings. In other words, you only get to hear what you want to hear.
Noise cancelling headphones/earphones don’t have to be those “big” ones. Actually, the noise cancellation happens in one of two ways:
- The headphones simply cover your ears and block out as much external sounds as they can (what some of the cheaper “big” ones do)
- They produce anti-noise ie sound waves at the same frequency of those coming from the environment, but exactly 180 degrees out of phase. They don’t need to be physically big to do this.
Hope that helps.
Thanks @Diakon. Well explained sir. Thinking of buying an Infinix Dual Noise cancellation headphone but wanted to know the advantages first. Thanks once again
Oga @mobileman, you haven’t come to tell us how much Infinix pays you.
If I remember correctly, you started a thread about some Infinix/Truppr X-band Biggest Loser challenge around a week ago. Funny coincidence that these threads are coming within 2 weeks of Infinix launching both the XBand and the XE02 Noise cancelling headphones (I wrote about them).
Nobody is saying you can’t plug your products, but there are much better, less sneaky ways to do it than this. @diakon, you are being advertised to.
Boss @SkweiRd Please no one is paying anyone for anything. I am sorry however, if the comment appeared as such. Not intentional at all.
That’s very difficult to believe sha, from what I can see. But okay. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.
Lol, I’m a very tough sell o!
I see what you did there.
