Looks like the app is asking for more permissions than necessary. 
Nothing in the app description says what you are doing with most of the permissions you ask for
That needs to be streamlined to get installs for this app.

What was the reason behind building this app?
It is a price comparison app that helps Shoppers to find the lowest and best quality products from many of on-line stores in Nigeria.
Nice concept but this app can be made better.
Whoever developed this app ignored user experience and focused on proving he can animate views.
For example: Why is the home activity filled with categories when you already have the side menu for categories. I would think that what would be on the first activity will probably be like best offers for popular goods to grab your users interest.
There is also the problem of using activities when you could have used fragments or drop-down views and the colors are dull etc…
