I don’t understand, do u have anyone with bad reviews about them career or pay wise? Or complain about work /life balance
The people I know there don’t complain about them .
U can shed more light on why u don’t think so
a few people I know at airtel complain about how the company is run… a lot
Is it possible for every single person at a company to be happy?

Never possible, especially when the company has permanent staff and contract staffs , but I don’t judge a company by reaction of their contract staffs, I just blame whatever system allowed that to be in place
