Guys, Adblabla is getting bigger than our current team can handle, so we need three people to join us as Junior Partners. Preferably, these people should already have jobs, but also some spare time. These roles are part- time roles but commitment is expected nevertheless.
Job Description:
Partner 1- Business Development:

Duties: Work with business development team to convert some of our ideas into cash

Qualification: Experience in PR, preferably in online advertisement. Good understanding of facebook, twitter, adwords/adsense and instagram. Must have ability to think like an entrepreneur and work with the big picture in mind. Experience in a prior startup is a plus. Adblabla operates the lean startup model and everyone works remotely, so you must have ability to work with minimal supervision.
Partner 2 - Customer Relationship:

Duties: Work with support team, to boost the number of websites/blogs on the platform

Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Must have an understanding of online advertisement. Experience in using Blogspot and Wordpress is also required. Basic understanding of CSS, HTML and Javascript is a plus. Ability to work remotely with very little supervision
Partner 3- International Operations:

Duties: Lead the startup of Adblabla networks outside Nigeria. Will work closely with Customer support team to ensure continuous growth.

Qualifications: Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur while providing out of the box ideas to resolve issues. Must be able to work remotely with little or no supervision. Prior experience in a startup is a plus.
Compensation
The vision of Adblabla is long term so all partners work with this vision in mind. Based on this there will be no monthly salaries in the short term , but you will be given shares in the company which will become vested based on results achieved. In addition, you will participate in regular sharing of bonuses based on revenue generated.
