The moderator committee decided to delete the unflattering thread at the request of Dayo Akinkuowo, who happens to be the thread’s subject, on the condition that he secure the cooperation of the original poster. The OP gave his consent via email.
It is our opinion that deleting the thread has no negative effects on the community.
