Those incessant texts from our friends at ‘you know where’ started to really get on my nerves; early in the morning, while I’m busy at work, when I’m sleeping, especially when I’m expecting a credit alert and my phone beeps (I run to the phone only to find out it’s a spam text…*sigh). Last week, I saw about 367 unread messages on my colleague’s phone, ALL of which were spam texts and he said he had ‘not had time to delete them’
When someone told me about Truemessenger, I thought ‘oh well, nobody even sends me texts these days (except on my birthday), besides, if an unknown number texts me, I could just copy and paste the number on Truecaller to find out who it is’.
But it does beyond that, I’m very happy about the Truemessenger app which has given me an option of blocking out all that ‘noise’ and making my text inbox sane and tidy. All those messages go straight to spam or are blocked all together…
I think it’s available on Google Play store for now.
