together an execution plan to jumpstart their proposed enterprise.
The Idea to Execution Boot-Camp will take you through a cross-disciplinary exploration of the key challenges that your enterprise will face both at start-up and most likely at maturity. You will learn through integrative exercises and team-based exercises.
The Idea to Execution Boot-Camp is for individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations looking to expand their skills and gain rounded with the business management capabilities necessary to start and successfully run their own businesses. Participants generally must either have an existing small-scale enterprise or are planning to start one.
