Symfomy? No… I’m Laravel and Codeigniter
Smarty? Not yet… I’m for Blade
Ticking others with varying level of Skills.
I know I can be up and running with any framework in a small time.

Yer, why not?
Once you good with modern OO PHP, then you should be able to pick up any framework.
As for smarty, it’s a breeze since you know blade.
