But Boss, this was not what we agreed! :grinning::grinning::grinning:

You should be outsourcing to Andela so that they can IPO ASAP and make us millions! Don’t you want to empower the “youths” of Nigeria that will start commuting at 5am in the morning in order to get to Ikoyi to learn Enterprise Java instead of just giving all that cash to a single person?

Just playing the Devil’s advocate here :grinning::grinning::grinning:

This is called being S.A.D (Senior Advocate of the Devil):smile:

Jokes apart, we’re currently at the ‘larva’ stage. Where we’re growing but everything is delicate and fragile. Not yet at the point, where we can engage Andela (or the likes). But that’s exactly why I’m posting the job right here on Radar! I literally said ‘I’m sure there are some crazily talented people who will jump at joining us, especially at this larva stage’.

Let’s see how that pans out.

But back to Andela & our IPO payout :grinning:, I’m bullish on them for 2 simple reasons; pool of potential opportunities will grow (as startups mature) and strong network effects (that unique position of being trainers, of future startups founders). Of course there’s all kinds of execution risks, that they have to conquer. That comes with the territory.

But for us, let’s think of all the early Amazon shareholders at IPO. Not necessarily all insiders. I tell you @Tola have no fear, thanksgiving dance will still happen!

LOL. I may be wrong but what I am getting is that this is a very critical role in the growth of your startup and you don’t want to take the chances in outsourcing it out? I will shut up now :grinning::grinning::grinning:

As a back up and in case you don’t find anyone here try the PhD students at Imperial or UCL, I am sure there are very talented folks out there that will also be glad to add an extra £800 to the stipends. Or you can turn up at any of the fullstack or startup meetups and I am sure quite a number of freelancers there will come and toast you, especially if you arrive with some cash.

All the best mate! :grinning::grinning:

Genius at work! This is exactly the case. So yes calling anyone who wants to take up this critical role, hit me up!
