I need a guide on how to create a price comparison store on Wordpress.
To set up a price comparison site using WordPress, you’ll need get a good comparison theme together with a comparison plugin.
Tutorials are covered usually on plugin provider’s website.
But then, it involves a bit of job if you’re planning creating one that would compare products from Nigerian retailers (especially uploading to your own platform using CSV files). You can get a custom plugin developed for you that would help fetch products automatically for you from Jumia, Konga etal. You need one? Contact any of @tubiz, @Nosa, @collizo4sky etc… So many WordPress gurus here…
Creating a price comparision store that compares the prices of product in Konga, Jumia etc will be relatively dificult (but not impossible) to pull off due to the unavailability of API by these eCommerce giants.
That being said, we have this planned as our next project that will provide a unified API of products that can be sorted with many criteria so developers can consume and build just about anything with the data.
Example include but not limited to a price comparision site be it on WordPress, Joomla etc.
Think jsonwhois.com but for Naija eCommerce sites.
Note: we’ll only undertake this if we see interest and a market for it 
But PricePadi, PriceCheck and NgPriceHunter are perfect examples of price comparison site (focused on Nigeria etailers)
Just looked them up and the are quite impressive. However they do it as a service while we’ll try to do provide a unified API for consumption by developers.
It’s going to be a huge undertaken but we ain’t afraid
