As a part of the activities for Africa Code Week (africacodeweek.org) this year, we are initiating a program tagged CodeStars where we intend to bring people using Tech as a platform to change lives in Nigeria to speak to secondary school students, inspiring them with their works and stories. There will also be a panel discussion session where panelists get to answer questions from the students. We are inviting 100 schools to participate in the event and hope to get a minimum of 1000 students to attend. The program is slated to hold on the 19th of October and it’s fully sponsored by Google and supported by the Ministry of Education, Lagos state.
