Move your team to Yaba where tech lives... this cosy office space is available!

Greetings y’all

Do you have a lean tech or media startup team that needs a new space to grow?..
Are you looking to move your team to a place where you can better network by being at the centre of the budding tech community in Nigeria?..
Then, this post is for you…

A couple of months ago my team at NERVE outgrew a local incubator and we got our space in Yaba… its a nice four bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a classic building in the serene neighborhood of the central Sabo district… we call it the Nerve"Hacker"House. (seen the tv show series “Silicon valley”?

As it turns out, we have a large room (about 15 sqm) to spare and want to let it out to a fellow innovative tech or media startup with a team of max 6 people.

The Nerve"Hacker"House present & upcoming* features include:

  • Unlimited internet
  • Standby generator
  • Kitchen/coffee room
  • Relaxation balcony
  • Security/cleaning
  • Reception/Lounge with a TV/cable/playstation*
  • Mini Library*

We are in the process of remodeling the entire space and want to close this deal & get your input before we begin the work this coming weekend.

PS: You have to bring your own furniture.

Our space is working distance from Cchub/IDEA/Konga/AIG-Rocket/e-Centre/Andela … Unilag & Yabatech are nearby… There also are basketball/tennis/swimming/cinema facilities all nearby.

May the Force be with you!

You know what, I’m taking this! How much? And I can start remodeling tomorrow!

Thank you Radar!

Wow, so fast. Yaba is hotcake for startups. We opened our office in Yaba earlier in the year, and I remember when I had issue with the property supervisor few weeks back, my partner was telling me - we can’t afford to lose this location, don’t fight the landlord.

By the way, Kaymu now shares the building with us.

I see what you did there #humblebrag

Humble brag is acceptable, but that was actually far from the intention. Don’t know which of the lines is the “brag”, but if it it’s the Kaymu part, then, it’s part of branding - association with the credible improves your credibility.

Sheriff make I com remodel?

That’s ours to do

Kai Jarus, you are too serious :smirk:

Now, I’ve lightended up :grinning:
