Hello everyone, so we are looking at a hosting platform for our ecommerce business which provides the best server uptime, security as well as reliable infrastructure and the two that were recommended to us are Mocahost and Gigalayer.
Considering our kind of business (an online supermarket), what would you consider (through personal experience or otherwise) as the better option of the two?
Your recommendations would be very much appreciated.
Mocahost is a bigger brand in the industry and of course I will recommend them, unless for the naira card issues when making international transactions…you must be prepared to own a dollar mastercard or visa anyday to pay for your hosting.
Gigalayer is reseller hosted by Hivelocity in the us…a very trusted name and would readily accept your naira payments…they ain’t bad .
Unless you have a dollar card…stick with gigalayer
Anyday when ecommerce hosting is required…i duff my hat for siteground…was with them for over two years…awesome but had to leave when i couldnt make payments,.

Bro… my point is they don’t only offer managed hosting, they also offer cloud and VPS hosting. I don’t care if they don’t have your favorite Linux distro.
