Mobile Site before Mobile App

No offence but all your data proves is that 70% of your users access your service with a mobile phone. It doesn’t lend any credence to the argument that a[quote=“somtoifezue, post:1, topic:7368”]

[/quote] simply because you have no numbers for a mobile app.

There’s other metrics that also determine the importance of a mobile app vs mobile optimised webpage for example frequency of use of the service, you should have a mobile app if your users are accessing your service multiple times in a week vs if they access it once a month.
There’s also user experience. Mobile (native) user experience still trumps that of web so if ux influences your Business positively then you should be looking towards a mobile app.

In all things, correctly measure then take informed action.
