Hi everyone. So I have this digital marketing company that has been in the business for 2 years plus. Right now we are starting a new project; basically a new online company so we are looking for web design/development gurus or gurus’ish that we can work with. CMS developers and only custom developers too are welcome.
About the pay? Don’t worry you won’t be working without being paid na…maybe around 50K monthly and a little above sha.
Regardless of the pay, if you’re good and you know it, just holla back then we can exchange ideas and discuss more.

@kelz The gif you posted clearly indicates that the said amount is too small.
But if you’re this much interested in the thread why not contribute positively and state your worth or the worth of any other developer out there. That way we could negotiate on salary.
this statement implies you thought about it and estimated the worth of a developer on your project at 50k monthly. this makes me sad. it’s hard to talk about price without knowing what i’d be selling. If you are recruiting you’d want to charge above 100k for a competent dev. more depending on the complexity of your project. If it’s a one time gig then I can’t estimate without details.

Don’t worry, what you see is what you get. Shebi you want 50k devs?, you’ll get 50k devs. They are plenty.

@chukwumanj, I’m an extremely good PHP developer (it might sound like bragging, but its true), with Solid JS Proficiency. I’m also able to build Hybrid HTML5+Cordova/Phonegap based mobile apps (iPhone and Android with a better UI than most fully native apps built by Nigerian Indie developers). Completely self-taught (if that turns you off, then I guess I’m not fit for the job). I blew my savings and spent 9 month+ building a travel and place-discovery focused mobile app that ultimately failed gain traction, so right now a 50k per month job is a Godsend.
