My suggestions

Duplicity of Users
Currently, the way things are, a user just needs an email and a password, I can do this even with random emails and still rate companies.

You guys can use a social media authorization for the login, preferably linkedin (as it is more professional). It is easy to go through the stress of creating a new email to down a company or competitor, a social media account makes that a little more harder.

Credibility of Users
Give users the opportunity to be anonymous or not. You might be shocked about how many people want to show their faces. They probably don’t but give the options anyway. It gives massive credibility to a review and to the site as a whole.

You can like to make their rating weigh more than anonymous reviews or a seperate rating like rotten tomatoes does.

Longterm Stuff.
You can work with service assurance organisations in Nigeria like SERVICOM(I think this is for national orgs) to spread the word and give confidence to Nigerian workers to freely air their work experiences.

You guys are filling a gap, I think you are doing great so far.

Madam, even though it is anonymous, we have to make sure people don’t submit fake reviews to promote or bring down a company. In the last 24 hours, we’ve seen few fake reviews based on the email of the reviewers. We will find a way to flag this as time goes on. Basically, it’s anonymous because we are not revealing who is behind the door. We don’t have the right to.
