Same thing with me , they have removed it , you cant unban IP too , also have been experiencing regular downtime.

@jxtapos - This is an unnecessarily inflammatory title for something as pedestrian as a 1-day old bug in a feature on their CPanel.
One day old bug you say, it’s over three weeks now and not resolved, I have to open a ticket anytime i want to update nameserver…
I opened a ticket for an update on Thursday …4 days ago…it hasn’t been effected yet…
Maybe when I start a hosting company, i will understand their challenges but now…I seem lost…what the issues are.
The title is worth it.
I have moved all my domains from Smartweb to GoDaddy, even with this Naira/Dollar nightmare, I am fine like that.
I don’t see Smartweb surviving this. I had a terrible experience with them some months back, they ended up not responding to support tickets after feeding me lies upon lies for over 4 months.
Who knows if they’ve lost most of their workforce by now.
Just forget these guys.
