Introducing The Latest Bully On Radar

Woaw… I just GRADUATED. Well, actually last Friday but I held off posting for a while till next weekend due to my photographer messing up but well, I bullied him and he showed on Time.

Introducing the Latest LAWYER on Radar. I didn’t want to post today but I just couldn’t help it. Out of 250 students, with only 40 slots for Law School (school issues), I just got admitted to the Nigerian Law School.

The Journey so far…

1. 28th Sept 2011. I was admitted to study law. I was actually cajoled by my dad who refused to fund my Mechanical Engineering education.

2. By Oct that year, Steve Jobs died. I had never heard about him prior.

3. 2012 at 18yrs, after being messed up by a friend partner (who lied that he could code, I had to learn to do the job), I launched Yolpe.com into the world netting me numerous International press coverage.

4. 2013. After a long year, Yolpe was shuttered to the chagrin of numerous supporters and users. Then the parties began, coupled with drugs and drinks. Talk about an all time low.

5. 2014, after a life-time of sickness EVERY SINGLE MONTH, I found God’s plan for my life (and till today, I don’t really know what it means to be sick again. Talk about change). In the main time, I launched and shuttered (in no particular order)

5. 2015, due to my commitment at church, I was made the Pastoral Head of my student fellowship (N.F.C.S). Woaw… Launched -

6. Graduated, handed-over, Got admitted to NLS. BECAME A LAWYER.

TL;DR - God had been awesome. 5 years after, All I have are testimonies.

And who do I celebrate these good news with than my good friends at Radar (Nl is a mad-house + too much publicity). The blessings are too much…

Good for you, and congrats.

I noticed you kept changing how much you spent on your studies from 5m to 7m. Is that meant to impress us or what exact purpose really?

Plus what’s the general idea of your last post. I see nothing to have provoked it. In all, good luck in your endeavors going forward.

A month basically. When we were to resume 200l, he was meant to have finished developing it for us to launch. Dude was a rich foolish kid. Kept on lying. Refering me to Dropbox (that was when i First heard of it) and giving me a super generic email and pssd.

WHen i found out he was tripping, I had to build it myself after grapsing Html, css and php quickly (fun fact:I learnt MS word in 6hrs first time i saw it). I used open source though so am not 1/4 that badh.

I also built jynch.com as a local classifield for my school then after pasting ads everywhere, i went to meet this guy and asked him have u heard of Jynch.com? Dude said yea. They are one big coy like that in Abj. I was like - lol. Dude, i built that shit. Quit lying. :wink:

That was the end of our ill-fated friendship umbre.

I’m still trying to understand the “Introducing the Latest Bully on Radar” title…cos this thread seems more about your academic and maybe career achievement and not your Bullying biography.

It’s easier to get undeserved attention here than nairaland.
This is a proper exhibition of the quality of education in Nigeria.
Why would someone get off a mediocre private local college with no competitive entry requirements and no ranking in the context of Nigerian University education and speak about drinks and drugs without shame?

Every dime spent in sending you to college should have been recovered after your first semester. And if you sustained 7million in waste and did not graduate top of the school historical board after all these failed ventures, you should be covering your face in shame instead of posting links to eight non existing projects.

We tolerate and congratulate this kind of behavior in Nigeria and then wake up to moan the lack of progression in our society. Where is the bar?
