If your business model is built around insufficient information, and hoarding important facts, and hoping your competition or customers don’t get to find out, then you don’t have a business.
This is not 1854. Anything and mostly everything can be googled or quora-ed up.

2.Do you know 50kobo’s/Multitexter/ advertising strategy
3.Do you know Hotel’s advertising strategy talkless of his cost per user acquisition with screenshots(try asking him…at least I have tried that one before)
4.Do you know Konga’s/Jumia’s most effective channel with screenshots? (this guys both have spies on each sides constantly monitoring each others strategy…having the slighties insights to cost per acquisition would be Gold.
5.Do you know Naij’s /Pulse’s traffic sources talkless of the cost of acquring this traffic

Everyone is quoting there foreign source of inspiration and forming “sharing is caring”…I doubt they have bleed there own personal funds to achieve results…I am merely saying the facts here…Businesses have secret…uncommon insights generate a shit load of money…infact uncommon insight is the one of the few things that drive the success of a business…Infact some companies poach staff simply because of the uncommon insights they have about competition. Biko @akindolu what do you do…i dont think you really get how this game is played. Not everything can be Googled up…at least you should know that…Try Googling “How to cheapily and effectively acquire Nigerian customers” execute on your search results and tell me how greatly they performed!
How can you sell recharge card online(a business with zero barrier to entry) gather uncommon insights to effectively acquire customers…then jump around singing it cause you want to share the loot.
At this point I really don’t blame him…some of us want to just earn extra cash…while some of want to dominate and swallow the market…

well said sir @ADT I share in return, But not in public forums like this. Infact there is an unofficial club I belong too for stuff like this. The difference is that in those cases I actually get something in return
I have a team of about 15. Everybody gets $50 monthly credit to setup independent ads targeting ONLY their facebook friends. It delivers unimaginably low CPC. Four(4) of the team members have 5000 facebook connections. Cummulatively, we have about 50000 people we are chasing monthly.
Everybody developes their own creative. Its like the way banks give marketing targets to all their staff. I once had someone do a video telling his friends that they don’t wish her well if they don’t make a purchase. It was crazy funny.
Then we have a monthly social review where we sit together to review how many beta (in pidgin) friends we have.
So you see that is how i push cpc below the limits when I am worried about CPC.

I mean do you do that for your clients? I am sure some of your clients have over 50-100people in their teams. You should recommend that to them.

To be fair … different strokes for different folks.
If his hoarding secrets is what he feels is the way to success, we don’t really need to do much but sit back and see how his life and business progresses.
Let’s even give him a discount on all his years of hoarding secrets and not ask exactly how far it has gotten him yet. Brand new slate. Let’s see what the next 6 months holds for him. Let’s not even compare him with other people. Only himself. How much further will he ahead of where he is now?
If his way works, maybe we might have to reconsider our belief system.

We have generally being blessed this year and its not because we were singing our secrets…Its cause we focused and made shit work.

Plus I asked for the CPC of your insta video campaign. The same one that got you 0.003 per video view…You should look at the CPC…its a more important metric than your cost per video view since app download is your conversion not video views

Google recently made TensorFlow open source, its Artificial intelligence Engine the stuff that powers ALL of the smart stuffs on Google services from voice recognition to other complex semantic recognition, devs from all over can have access to Google ‘secret’ AI, you ask yourself what does Google have to gain from this?
There was a time when this was nearly sacrilegious, but why has it turned into a common practice amongst software giants today? I’d leave you to go figure that out on your own.
What @uduak shared isn’t in the realm of the do-not-share ‘sauce’.
He may well be cuing himself to appear a seasoned consultant for a top hire. I’ve seen him share in-depth stuffs like this before, and I know who to consult when am in need of one.
