How to Get Scam Free Developers for Startup Tech Company

Hello Guys In the house.

Please I have this idea of building tech startup company, but I don’t have any ideal of programming like developers do.

How can I can get scam free developer that will build the site from scratch and also will not steal the idea, Even the developers team am looking for will be shareholder of the company and also they will get paid for their job done .

Any Help in the house on How to get scam free developer…

No one is trying to steal your idea dude…There are millions of ideas out there. Most startups succeed or fail not because of the idea, but because of the execution…

Oga!!! … Check out https://www.99staff.com … It was built specifically for things like this. :slightly_smiling:

No one will actually still your idea, don’t go and watch the social network movie and use it to measure things. The Winklevoss brothers would not have had the skills and talent to pull out a social network that would have been as big as Facebook. Startups don’t succeed or fail because of solely the idea, they fail or succeed because of the person/persons that has it. Good luck in your endeavor.

Well, I could build your platform for you.
PS I wont steal your idea(I’ve got a million of them).

What if by sheer coincidence, his idea also happens to be the most promising of your million ideas by far?

I don’t suppose taking your idea and making it better is the same as stealing it? Cause the ‘Improved Idea’ will no longer be yours.

Well on a serious note, one may steal ideas, but no one can steal execution or passion. But if you’re that scared, consider using an MOU and NDA.

Well you may call it “stealing” but someone else calls it “cloning”.

I really thanks everybody that post their opinion on the question I asked overview.

It is not about the idea, it is about the vision #copied quote . You can create a Facebook clone with all the resources in the world but if the vision is not there… sorry…

@webplanet12345 Like most posters have said, no-one is out to steal your idea, ideas is easy, execution is not. Now back to your concern, which in my experience is a valid one, there are 2 ways to solve this, both of them are covered in this article http://techcabal.com/2014/02/19/bootstrapping-talent-drought/.

so can we all get back to the part of finding a dev to do the job?
