I noticed a while back how often I would switch on my phone screen to check for notifications (almost every 30 mins or so), and some days I’d actually have to use energy to stop myself from looking at my phone, so I can work.
I’m slowly getting better at it, and sometimes I even forget I have a phone… So as a quick one, how often do you check for notifications on your device?
- Very often (every 10 mins)
- Frequently (every 30 mins)
- Not so often (every hour or so)
