Negotiating at the moment, was about to close when other entrepreneur friends said if I was paying the amount I intended to, I may as well get a full time in-person resource. Any thoughts?
I pay 5k per week and I often do not request a lot (mainly research, proof reading and report writing).
Typically, an office Admin gets about 50k a month working full time. If you have the space and necessary resources in your office then you might want to go with that instead.
Note: VA’s have multiple jobs and negotiating should be based on responsibilities.
@aramide Your entrepreneur friends have a point. For reference, Independent Personal Assitants have two plans that go for 60K and 150K per month.

Depending on the tasks, you can use Olu Assistant for either N5,000/Month (Weekdays) or N10,000/Month (7 Days/Week). Unlimited requests.
This is more of a personal assistant than an administrative assistant though. Meaning, your assistant might not be able to do extensive online research for you, but he/she can sort out a truckload of other personal tasks and errands.
Wakeup call, laundry, email, schedule appointments, reminders, and soon enough, deliver cash to you so you don’t need to go to ATMs.
