How do i professionally reach out to my clients without having a physical office?

I am working on social media management portal where brands/companies can manage all their social media in one place. From finding prospects to serving customers, the application helps you do more with your social media in less time. It Saves time by managing all of your social media marketing efforts from a single dashboard. With the platform, you get the tools to automatically find and schedule effective social content. my problem now is how to contact or reach out to my ideal clients. I resides in Abuja and the cost of renting an office here is high. Am a teenager and i will like your opinion on how to reach out to my clients.

I intend to contact brands individually through their social media pages and also emails too with detailed information of what we do and how they can benefit from our platform but in text and in video. But am thinking that they may not take my proposal serious since i did not come in person. someone advised me to apply for a startup accelerators/incubators hub in abuja. Please what way do you think i could professionally reach out to my clients without having a physical office.

Write down your home address in all your correspondence where there is space for an address, but for meetings, let it be at their own locations or somewhere neutral like a restaurant.
It worked for me for 3 years.

In addition to ensuring you include an address in every correspondence, also make sure to include a phone number they can reach you on.
A letter head with just a business name and email will send off the wrong signal especially to traditional business people.
A virtual (Land line) service + phone number will give the perception that you have a “structured/corporate” physical presence, so try to get one.
Since my initial post was flagged, I’ll say PM me to know how you can affordably acquire a virtual landline service.
All the best!

I think it also depends on your client profile. If most of your target businesses are tech/IT-related, being virtual wouldn’t be much of a big deal. I’d say; you come up with a kick-ass proposal + linkedin to reach decision makers.
You’d find it easier when speaking with the more traditional businesses once you gotten a couple of clientele to show.

Your biggest office space is your website.
Make your website look CREDIBLE, your customer will not even ask for your office as long as your services or product can be delivered digitally.

I seldom hold any meeting in the office (even though) I have one.
