Saw this on twitter and it got me thinking. I’m already doing something for the team but hadn’t thought of the customers. Aside from Christmas cards, I’ve failed to think of a way I can send a message of appreciation. What are you guys doing? Please don’t suggest hampers/vouchers, can’t afford those.
Something that’s better than Christmas cards, but not as expensive as hampers/vouchers? Hmm. Might be an end of year party. Depending on how creative you are with the experience.
You can always afford vouchers :). Go to Suregifts, enter your own value, choose a greetings card, upload a picture, whatever. If it’s a N500 voucher, they can use it to top up their phones.
Or just send a free, thoughtful e-mail.
