Hello! Trust everyone is having a good start to the week. It’s refreshing to the see the unison of great minds, from the opinion outpours to structured reviews and more.
My name is Henry Nnaike; i am a digital marketing evangelist and a growth hacker.
I’m looking forward to rubbin’ minds and making the best out of Radar.
You are very much welcome to the land of no return. We now have a new mind with the propensity of adding to the outpouring of ideas and knowledge that is the norm in this clime.
@Uduak Do you mind me creating a new post and asking the great minds here? Perhaps, someone can be smart enough to hit up Google and feed your curiousity with a reply.
Welcome to radar! @henrynnaike
There’s something about titles that have words like “evangelist”, “hacker”, “ninja”, etc. that just make my eyes glaze over. Makes me feel like one is trying to over compensate for something.
Just my (probably uninformed) opinion though.
Had to Google “growth hacker”, and turns out it’s a legit field with its own wikipedia entry and everything. Just wish there was a less buzz word sounding title for it.
Thank you @miyiscoi !
I understand your bemusement. I was shooked when i chipped in something on building a community of growth hackers in a Techbrunch at Nylah’s place some weeks ago and the techies around didn’t catch up. More so, since Growth hacking and Technology are symbiotic to an extent. But then again, it’s a new field and still being popularised. Sincerely, anyone who has started a start-up and grew it to resonable extent is a growth hacker. However, oldies in the industry like Neil Patel and Sean Ellis championed it in the last 5 years and it’s now one of the newest job title in “Silicon Valley” culture.
