Description
Looking for a full stack web developer with strong technical background and portfolio to back it up. You will be working on various projects from enterprise applications to startups.
Location
Remote (full time), but meeting 2/3 times per week so you should be based in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience of at least 5-7 years experience in software development.
- Good knowledge of code version control GIT
- Strong technical knowledge: React JS, React Native Libraries, Redux, Node JS and Firebase, PHP, Laravel, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Chart.js, Ruby on Rails, Python, and Wordpress).
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to think independently and creating solutions.
Responsibilities
- Refactor existing code to improve performance
- Convert designs in Sketch/Invision to functional code
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
- Support production of functional backend application writing clean code with proper comments
- Support production of fully functional web application writing clean code
- Lead the whole development team and taking full responsibility
- Write tests to identify malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
