eCommerce Model For Computer Village UK Used Phones - Any Idea

I have been trying to develop a workable and scalable eCommerce model for UK-Used Phones following the numerous calls I receive from my mobile phone blog visitors (Within and Outside Lagos).

Considering the fact that these guys are non-techie and are only used to physical interaction with buyers, I find it difficult to create a good online strategy.

I tried multivendor store, it didn’t work
I tried online affiliate marketing for offline retailer but was skeptical as they don’t have a good sales tracking system for reps and I am not ready to follow them up on sales I initiated.
I also tried the classified advert model but ‘I no be father Christmas’. It has to be cash-generating from day on. besides, majority of them don’t have laptop - under umbrella.

Guys, can someone suggest the best way to sell UK used phones on a high traffic mobile phone blog ( already make sales for Jumia, only that I want to create a new product for existing market using Ansoff Model)

Finally, I’ve got: UKUsedPhones.com

This is a long shot, but the major issue I have with UK used phones is that how do I know they are actually from the UK.
What if a platform could connect phone sellers in the UK to buyers in emerging markets and you handle the logistics and payment.

Yea, that’s another challenge

Please review: UKUsedPhones.com

I think you’ve got an affection for Jumia :grinning:

Anyways, good to see you are adding that to your current blog. If you can manage delivery, fine. But why is it that I can’t add to my cart? I guess it has nothing to do with managing your backend inventory… ?

I still don’t have an idea why Obiwezy switched to both used and new products. Do some secret research to know why. There could be something interesting lying at the backyard.

And finally, I could give you over 500 emails (Lagos based) if you cares. Inbox me if you’re interested.

I disabled the cart because my Advertiser requested for Products Order By Phone.

The blog is already on sponsored post with a Computer Village Phone Dealer. Talking to some dealers too for more listing.
