Thread closed, all reviews gotten, thanks guys.
Lool ā¦ you seem curious
For now, Iām just wondering why the founder (who has tried and failed to give the impression that heās not associated with the said product) isnāt telling us about it. Seriously, this has you and more of you written all over it.
The sole purpose of this thread is to get your opinions and reviews about the startup, i posted that with the impression that i am not involved due to the fact that the first time i posted it here and asking for review, it was downvoted and therefore removed.
Dude Next Door treats Kid, his child, like a bastard.
Dude Next Door does not want his neighbours to know that Kid is his child.
Dude Next Door makes unfounded claims about the popularity of Kid.
Dude Next Door wants the neighbours to treat Kid like a prince.
Dude Next Door might be in for a surprise.
A case of doing the wrong things for the right reasons.

Would trying to hide your affiliation get you the desired outcome?
The replies have all been focused on what you did, instead of the opinions and reviews you desire.

Hi All,
Based on a survey we carried out recently, combined with insights from Google Trends and other sources, weāve noticed a spike in demand for drivers online. In response, weāve just launched a website that allows individuals and businesses hire professionally trained drivers.
Insert additional information about your vision for the company, and whatever you want to share
Una no go kii person for this radar. Chaiii!!!
There is NG in the domain name and the rider for the site is
Hire Reliable Drivers in Nigeria
So can you tell we why your background image is of NY cabs? Nigerian photogs are not that expensive you know, if you have a friend with an S7, they could even take a picture of a smiling guy standing by a random car and it will be better than what you have now, do better.
Hey @oluwabajio. Iād be the gentleman.
I think your hustle is offline.
That said. At certain times of the year, thereās usually more demand for āgoodā drivers than supply. Other times, itās the other way round. How do you plan to tackle this demand/supply mismatch??
For a moment there, I thought that was a Wikipedia page.
How can and what makes your Startup different from Uber, Afro, Redcab etc and how can you manage your drivers to deliver on same Quality namely Uber, Ease of Order and Operations so as not to lose and control marketing to get high user adoption in 6 months?
Figured out a niche yet? What is your onboarding strategy minus free cab rides?.
Answer then we can discuss seriously.
We provide only drivers, so we are partnering with uber, etc to supply them drivers, we critically screen, train and background check our drivers, you can also choose to get a driver from us and allow us manage the driver for you.
Interesting.
So are you going to have a different model, i think we can discuss via PM on a interesting biz model and see if youre looking at it that way.
we currently have 2 packages/model we offer the client, and they are very flexible,
yes, we do both online and offline marketing, though we have our customer segmentation that we target so we dont end up wasting money
From the way I see it, I donāt really think heās directly competing with the likes of Uber and co. They might have overlapping customers, but heās main target customers are different.
@oluwabajio Your startup is not a bad idea if executed properly. The industry is somewhat seasonal, but I believe there is a demand for reliable and trustworthy drivers. I was searching for one myself.
From your website, you also stated that you can provide āeducated and well disciplinedā truck drivers. This is actually a good service that can set you apart if executed well.
Thank you my sister, God bless you.
Nice, I know a similar start up coming up pretty soon with a smarter model I must say.
