Will some radarians now come out to apologize? @lordbanks @seyitaylor etc for slandering me just a few weeks ago lol
Yes, I deeply investigated her on LinkedIn and it bounced off Ayomide. Great work @mauri.
LOL. Kpele.
Iâm just imagining how hard you were laughing as Radarians were busy analysing and investigating you.
Looks like borderline doxing to me, Iâm of two minds
E ku ise.All because you Dont want to apologise right?
@mauri Iâm sorry, when did I slander you?
Edit: scrolled up to make sure I didnât slander you in my sleep. Donât know what you are talking about.
Ahh. So because I succeeded it looks like doxing. @mauri clearly took it lightly. I had no bad intentions.
Is this how you peepu are doing in the cabal? Even Oga @seyitaylor went digging. Abi you think I will go Snowden when I see the original Road map?
- Seyi is not Bankole. 2. You are not invited for coffee.
Never said or implied that you were.
Just saying you didnât seem to have a problem with unsuccessful attempts. I see no reason for the escalation when the subject didnât have a problem with what I posted. If she did Iâm sure she would have said something.
Oh well, youâre entitled to your opinion.
This must be crushing. For some people.
will respond wen am done with my own scrollingâŠcould take a year tho @xolubi too should apologize publicly
Itâs fairly simple process starting with Google Image Search.
It still doesnât prove anything though, nor should we really care about anybodyâs true identity, unless of course they are making false claims.
I did Google Image search using her current DP, but it didnât yield any result back then.
Ah, you need to crop it first.
Just did and I got her through her blog. Seems I saw that blog back then but didnât know it was related to. I think I was busy looking for Mauricia or Mauri
Hey bro. We need to tell each other when we err. This ainât cool. Investigating on your own should have ended with a revelation to an audience on one - you. Unless of course, @mauri was making false egregious claims.
I think there is a disconnect between her writing style and her claim to work at KPMG but hey what do I know. Definitely ainât worth the dox.
I think this line is actually very thin and blurry. First, her hiding under someone elseâs name and refusing to disclose her identity had sparked off investigations. I investigated her. Many others did. And itâs natural for people to seek the truth when they are surrounded by doubts.
Letâs assume @Yinka was a journalist or a blogger who carried out this investigation and stumbled across her true identity. He has the right to keep his findings to himself or publish his findings if it was a public issue (in this case it was).
From her social media profiles, her nickname is âMimi.â So we can conclude that she had hijacked and paraded herself as âMauriâ which was her former bossâ pseudonym. Sheâd put herself on the spotlight by refusing to come out clean when the community noticed the pattern and asked her disclose her identity. So I think @Yinka did the right thing by publishing his findings to the community.
Anyway, these are still my opinions.
Oh really? Where was your Identity Protecting alter ego when everyone else was investigating?
Itâs like being okay with a botched robbery but having a problem when the robber makes away with the loot.
This was you:
Thanks @Ndianabasi for backing me up. I completely agree with you. I also think itâs important to note that @mauri hasnât come out to say sheâs not okay with what I did. She didnât accuse me of doxing.
I canât speak for her but itâs possible she wasnât trying to hide her true identity but just didnât want to disclose it because everyone was interrogating and investigating her.
Image search wouldâve been my last resort.
Like i said, I think exposing the identity is fine if the person was making a false egregious claim related to their identity. The original exposé was done because the protagonist felt she had made a false claim.
From your investigation, it doesnât seem to be the case, so i wonder why you bothered to highlight elements of her identity that she didnât choose to share.
I personally donât think she is what she claims simply because there is a disconnect in my mind between her writing style and what is typical of an intern at a top consulting company.
That said, if you believe you didnât err by resurrecting this thread for sensationalist reasons, so be it.
We are in a bloody recession. Iâm sure weâve all got better things to do than engaging in this trivia. I for one canât wait for your new project to go live.
On a lighter note, i think @lordbankâs reference to ânot being invited for coffeeâ is an inside baseball reference to that classic episode of Seinfeld - The Soup Nazi. Abeg donât take it personal
Congrats @Yinka @techscorpion Noted sir.Can the thread go back to the archives now?gracias muchas!
Someone even shared a telegenic link and complains about recession. Indeed!
