Can we call this 'click baiting' too?

The AD - 1,500.

The real item - 3,000

No. The price actually changed between when you clicked and when the page loaded. If unfortunately, the ad still tells you it’s 1,500 then that is because somehow, you are very unlucky catching the product detail page at the discount. Refresh… incessantly.

I like your parody answer.

It is “fraudvertising” - allow me to use the term

OR. Lets try another Parody explanation like @xolubi’s own:

The pair of jeans sells at N1,500 per leg. So, if you want the pair, you pay N3,000. If you want one leg, you pay N1,500. You need to read the product specs page to find this exclusive information there.

Welldone @xolubi, you really tried. I clicked on the link from a Twitter ad, plus, I’m using the 4G swift internet which is very fast in my area. I think it has to be an interesting programming or coincidence for “The price actually changed between when you clicked and when the page loaded.”

Also, what are you saying here “somehow, you are very unlucky catching the product detail page at the discount. Refresh… incessantly.”

I think we should just assume your reply was a sarcasm we took seriously.

It appears you’re the only one that took it seriously.

Ha okay, I’ll just blame it on Lagos traffic, it has to be the traffic.
