From my experience it seems that recruiting in Nigeria in general is difficult, but putting together a sales team for a tech startup can even be more difficult. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is not relying on a resume or even what is said in the interview. The right sales people for your company will be people who have a passion and knowledge for the product they are selling.
