Our candidate scoring is very much along the lines of what you have mentioned, plus some other characteristics that we derived from in-depth conversations with leading HR professionals in Nigeria. We have identified what it is exactly most employers look for when hiring and have put together an algorithm that quantifies each candidate and then ranks them.
It seems we may have done a bad job in conveying that message on the site. We will make some changes.

Seems you just listed everything you would have done, if you were in their shoes. Why would a startup go through the time and effort to build all of these without testing the waters first?
There are hundreds of sites like jobber man and pushcv, that doesnât mean the market is over saturated.
Help them improve but donât change their existence based on your past experience running or working for a job site
Hi Debola, thank you for noticing that the market is not saturated, especially when youâre bringing something fresh on board. These companies focus on connecting candidates and employers, we focus on connecting high quality candidates to some of the biggest companies across Nigeria. @manifest made some valid points though, and we will definitely work to incorporate some of them.
