Barter virtual card can be used to make international online purchases using naira debit card
I funded my barter account from my bank account, and when tried to fund the USD account it was telling me ‘error occurred’ so I transferred the money back to my bank account and the money was deducted from barter account and has not been credited to my my bank account. The money is still hanging
