Whatever it is, we must understand that there are challenges involved with online services that users don’t know. In fact, people rendering these services do not know too, until clients make complains.
If you experience issues, it’s best to contact support and have them fix things.

The thing is, it’s a different thing when a user has a bitter experience and complains or lashes out, but what i don’t get is (as you said) a faceless account with baseless accusations.
I usually don’t take such seriously but some may just fall for it.
I think Radar has grown now, there should be a way to ensure profiles reflect the owners before one can post or comment.

I have severally complained on other platforms about your business and the unfair practices you’re using to accelerate growth. You did the same thing everytime, say somethings about people targeting you and promise to make changes. Yet till today no change has been made.
I am not faceless because I want to attack you or anyone else. I am faceless because I’d like to be able to ask for advice about my business without anyone, especially competitors, knowing our plans.
I am happy to take you on anywhere, even in a court. Flutterwave is shady, by that I mean you deceive customers and prospective customers. You know it. Whenever you’re ready to make changes I’ll know and come back here to delete all I have written against you.
You want me to make actual claims. Have you attended to all the other accusations I have made? You promised to yet till today nothing. I’d rather not say much with this account because that would give away who I am. But I am waiting for you to make the changes you agreed to make all the other times I have publicly called out Flutterwave with my real account.
This is a public forum so facts would be welcome. Otherwise you are just mudslinging. I’m used to that.

I am just in utter shock about the mudslinging on flutterwave. I have not don business with you before, but i think this fellow is rather childish.
I would expect the person to come openly and maturely to make all allegations very clear. Well, the internet is for everybody and somehow data has become affordable, so that maybe responsible for this.
We hope you improve on your delivery with barter and i think that is what matters most at the moment.

My card disappeared. Just vanished into thin air with no trace. I’ve complained to the support team precisely Alexis he told me that it happened as a result of a system upgrade. This is getting too long, loosing 1 week is not a small thing. Please do something about this issue cos a lot of my transactions are dependent on that card. I can’t pay for stuff, I can’t run ads, nothing
