How I work:
You have a product idea, let’s see if there is a market for it - Research
If there is a market for it, who are the people who will actually buy - Target segmentation
Now lets develop your product to please them and develop tactics to make them know about it, use it repeatedly and talk about it in a way that attracts more users.
When you say ‘product and market research’ seems you refer to consumer products. Have you done some work on enterprise product research, development and marketing?
If no, is it something you think you can do very well?
You are right, i have handled mostly consumer products.
But the key thing is that whether consumer or enterprise based, we are communicating with users anyways. The product made for an enterprise is still directed at human users.
What i believe is B2B and B2C are old, the new deal is H2H (human to human).
