I need a very good and reliable app developer here in Lagos, I’d prefer if you’re in Alimosho LG but anywhere in Lagos works fine, as long you don’t chop my head off with the price.

You’ll be designing an app for a bulk SMS company.

Likely features;

  1. Sell recharge cards, data, NEPA bill, DStv etc
  2. Send Bulk SMS
  3. Buy SMS unit to send messages
  4. The ability for new users to register and make payments in order to do the above.
  5. From the back end, I should be able to credit clients account, send bulk SMS and register new clients.
