We’ve recently acquired some users in Ghana and are looking for ways to collect payment that fits into how people would usually pay for things traditionally.
We’re already on paystack here in Nigeria but most people seem to prefer a bank transfer rather than use their cards online.
Is this the same case in Ghana? Anyone here have experience collecting payments for software in Ghana?
Paystack’s real competitor is NIP…

Sad but true. Currently working on capturing that NIP traffic.

The most popular form of payment in Ghana is mobile money - so that’s the one to target. You have some choice in that respect from MFISA to Interpay. I cant endorse anyone but do some research. Ghana’s NIP equivalent isn’t yet live so don’t bet on it being the same as Nigeria.
