I just thought I should bring this to our notice and wondering why Nigeria is still not enabled for 2 Factor authentication in Google apps.
It actually got disabled at some point. Turned mine on back in 2010 so it still works.

I hope somebody from Google Nigeria will help in sorting this out. I just witnessed unusual login on one of my Gmail account and the best I can was change my password.
