SpareDesk - Share your office space with other startups

Introducing SpareDesk: SpareDesk is an online office sharing platform which connects companies with extra spaces to other companies that are in need of spaces thereby reducing rent cost. You can also find and book private offices, coworking, virtual offices, etc. SpareDesk is available on http://www.sparedesk.com.ng For now, we just have a landing page, potential users can drop their emails in order to get notified when we officially launch. This platform will solve a great problem as Hutbay held a meet-up last year on how to solve this problem, as can be viewed here Meetup on Sharing Office Space For Lagos Startups and @lordbanks recommended for a platform like this to be built. We’ll appreciate your views on this.

I don’t like landing page startups as a rule, but it is an interesting, potentially viable concept, and I wish you goodluck with its execution.

Its nice but could you please fix this

@lordbanks, one thing with this type of startup is that the hard part is not the website, but in the execution and that’s what we have started doing right now. Anyway thanks for dropping by.

My point exactly. No point getting anyones hopes up if there’s nothing happening in the backend. I’ve seen many landing pages in my time, so…all the best. :v:

thanks bro, but what device are you viewing the site with?

What exactly would you like for people to review?

Google Chrome

Device, not browser bro

I wanted people people to review the idea and the landing page.

Oh sorry A PC (Desktop) Why?

The name and concept doesnt make sense especially when there are serviced office companies out there.

However the y potential would be as a portal for focusing on office space for smes, office furniture leasing and other services.

Same on mobile/tablet. Just needs centering.

I think this is fairly simple to pull off, more like a weekend hack, and you might as well have just skipped the landing page part.

The market is certainly very niche. As in very very…very niche. So you shouldn’t expect a lot of activity.

Bottom line, those that will find it useful will use it, but will they find it at all ?
